Coriander

Coriander honey comes predominantly from one source; the cilantro plant. Our coriander honey is coming from Oregon state. It is a rare honey.

It is amber in color and has a taste of mixed herbs like: cardamon, licorice, lemon, ginger, and cacao, combined in a unique taste, sweet and salty, slightly spicy that persists. It is used as a natural sweetener in teas and drinks, paired very well with cheese and meat.
